01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bajl platform in any way — including browsing the website, downloading the bajl app, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of bajl, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who interacts with the bajl platform in any capacity.

bajl may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, bajl will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you continue to use bajl after any changes are posted, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using bajl immediately and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside bajl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bajl.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on bajl, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bajl does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify that using bajl is legal in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of bajl or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from bajl for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party when registering or placing bets on bajl.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on bajl. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering on bajl, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. bajl may request documentation to verify your identity at any point, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended or closed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajl account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. bajl will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your bajl account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bajl support immediately.

• All information provided to bajl must be truthful and accurate at the time of registration and must be kept up to date.
• bajl accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your bajl account to any other person.
• bajl reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably believes has been registered with false information.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

bajl supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions on bajl are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits on bajl are typically credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your bajl account within 30 minutes, contact bajl support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests on bajl are processed as quickly as possible. Standard withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to a few hours. bajl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit on bajl, or to a verified account in your name.
• bajl will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the bajl cashier section.
• bajl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraud.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

bajl offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses offered by bajl are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before claiming it on bajl.

General bonus rules that apply across all bajl promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn from bajl. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• bajl reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on bajl are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet on any game on bajl, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game. bajl is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

bajl uses certified Random Number Generator (R NG) technology and Provably Fair algorithms to ensure that all game outcomes on bajl are random, unbiased, and cannot be manipulated by bajl or by any player. Game results are final once confirmed by the bajl system. If a technical error occurs during a game round, bajl will investigate and resolve the issue fairly, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the bet amount to the player's account.

• Bets placed on bajl cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed by the system.
• bajl reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a pricing error, or a system malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome on bajl, the decision of bajl's technical team is final, subject to the complaints procedure outlined in these terms.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when playing on bajl. bajl is not liable for bets lost due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bajl and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with bajl games or the bajl platform in a way that is not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage on bajl.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in bajl's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use bajl for any fraudulent financial activity.
• Providing false identity information to bajl or impersonating another person.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after using bajl services.
• Attempting to access bajl's systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorisation.

08 Responsible Gaming

bajl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gaming activity. bajl believes that gaming should always be a form of entertainment, not a way to generate income or escape personal problems.

bajl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bajl content without prior written permission from bajl.

• The bajl name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without bajl's express written consent.
• You may not frame or mirror any part of the bajl website on any other website without bajl's prior written authorisation.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to bajl may be used by bajl without any obligation to compensate you.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the bajl platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

bajl's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the bajl platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bajl does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• bajl is not responsible for any losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• bajl does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from any game on the platform. All gaming involves risk, and you should only wager amounts you can afford to lose.

12 Account Termination

You may close your bajl account at any time by contacting bajl support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

bajl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has violated these Terms and Conditions.
• bajl suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• A player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under bajl's Responsible Gaming policy.
• bajl is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

In cases where an account is closed due to a violation of these terms, bajl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bajl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bajl will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of bajl after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using bajl and close your account.
